What makes the house different

Screened private pool

The pool sits under a new screen enclosure, so you swim without bugs and the deck stays clean. Two loungers, towels and a covered lanai with a fan right beside it. The pool is not heated.

A real game room

A separate room just for play: ping-pong, foosball, an arcade basketball hoop, a sectional sofa, a TV and a bunk bed for the kids. Its own mini-split keeps it cool.

Terrazzo underfoot

The 1950s terrazzo floors were restored and polished rather than covered. They stay cool in summer and give the whole house its character.

Everything for a long stay

Full kitchen with quartz counters, in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in every room and a gas grill out back.

Where the house is

The house sits on a quiet residential street in Clearwater, Florida, between Belleair and Largo, in the middle of Pinellas County. Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are about 13 minutes by car, Sand Key Park 15, Honeymoon Island 25, and Tampa International Airport about 40. Publix, a seafood market and Eagle Lake Park are within a few minutes. It is a neighborhood of single-story homes, not a resort or a tourist strip, which is exactly why families like it.
