Monthly winter stays in Clearwater
From January through March we welcome stays of 28 nights or more at a monthly rate. A real house, not a condo: four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer and room for the family to visit.
What you get for a month
The entire house to yourselves: 3 queen bedrooms, a game room with bunk and sofa bed for visiting grandchildren, a fully equipped kitchen, in-house laundry, fast Wi-Fi for remote work, four ceiling fans and central air, and driveway parking for 4 cars. Linens, towels and starter supplies are included.
How the monthly rate works
Book through Airbnb with a stay of 28 nights or more and the monthly discount applies automatically. Airbnb collects payment monthly, so you do not pay the whole stay up front. Contact us there if you want to combine two months or ask about a mid-stay cleaning.
Around the house
Publix and a pharmacy are minutes away, Eagle Lake Park is right around the corner for a morning walk, and Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater is about 10 minutes. Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and Honeymoon Island are the beaches we send guests to.
Winter weather
January and February in Clearwater average highs in the low 70s °F (about 22 °C) with cool nights. The pool is not heated, so most winter guests use the deck and lanai more than the water. By late March the pool is back in play.
Good to know
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. and a maximum of 10 people at any time, including visitors. Pets are welcome.
